Our Mission at Moonshine Ranch
OUR MISSION
Moonshine Ranch is a 501(c)3 non-profit created to give a safe, peaceful, forever home to abused, overworked,
unwanted, retired as well as special needs horses and donkeys.
We often get asked "what we do." To put it simply, these precious animals come
thru the gates of Moonshine Ranch and before long they know that these rolling green hills are HOME.
They are SAFE. They are LOVED. They are WANTED. They are HOME.
They are given the very best care and their wounds will be treated. Ever so slowly,
most of them will learn to trust humans again, although some never do.
They will have shelter, they will be fed, and will have green pastures to roam for the rest of their lives.
They will not be sold ever again, for they have found their FOREVER HOME.
They have found their HAPPY PLACE.
These animals, who have been rescued or even surrendered to us by their owner, come to our SANCTUARY
in need of TLC and a safe place to land. They find that at
MOONSHINE RANCH.
That is "what we do".
